Shipping policy

Dispatch time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days from dispatch
• Remote and rural pin codes: up to 10 business days

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹499 — free shipping
• Orders below ₹499 — flat ₹49

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it.

Delays

Weather, regional restrictions, and courier backlogs during festival periods can delay delivery beyond our estimates. We'll keep you informed if your order is affected.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a parcel once it's with the courier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping costs.
