How to use
- Open the pouch. The patch warms on its own within 5 minutes.
- Press the adhesive side onto your underwear or waistband — not directly on skin.
- Wear for up to 8 hours. Dispose after use.
Questions
Does it go on bare skin? No — always onto fabric. Direct skin contact for hours at a time isn't comfortable and isn't how it's designed to be worn.
Can I sleep in it? Yes, it's low and steady rather than hot.
Will anyone see it? It's a few millimetres thick and sits under the waistband. Not visible under normal clothing.
Can I use it outside of period days? Plenty of people use them for lower-back comfort on long travel days.
